This sight is dedicated to two people. The first person is Irene Low who has been my inspiration to complete this site and to persue my dream of photography. The second person is my best friend Tina Kim who has always believed in me and has encouraged me to follow my dreams.

Rafael Guiulfo has been a resident of the greater San Francisco area since 1971. He is originally from Lima, Peru and moved here with his family when he was very young.

Rafael is primarily a self-taught photographer. He has always been creative and artistic, but began to get serious with photography as a hobby with the gift of his first manual 35mm camera in grammar school.

Rafael continued to express his creativity through photography, and after several years in the IT industry, he is finally turning his photography into a business. His work and his approach has been well received, and today he is photographing people, places, and product for clients.

Rafael has now traveled to several places practicing his trade - shooting both editorial assignments, travel, documentary and commercial work, as well as developing several ongoing personal projects. Rafael continues to pursue new and challenging assignments and is always interested in photographic assignment work.
